Do your parts carry a warranty? Yes. Our warranty covers all new parts for 90 days.
Do you sell used parts? Yes, we carry refurbished parts for customers who want to realize savings from like-new parts.
Can I order parts online and pay for them by credit card? Not right now, but we’d be happy to take your order and payment via credit card by phone. Just give us a call at 717.558.8260.
How do you ensure safety when working on our job? We pride ourselves on our safety record and the training programs and procedures required to assure safe work practices. Lock-out and tag-out procedures and confined space entry requirements are important to safe completion of the work project – and we follow them.
What kind of quality control program do you have? NRG Engine Services has had a quality control program in place for many years. We continue to refine it as necessary, particularly fine-tuning it based on lessons learned from projects we conduct on our own equipment. The Quality Control Plan is provided with each proposal and reflects our attention to detail.
Do you do work outside the continental United States? Yes, in addition to our work in the 48 states, we have supplied parts and provided some services to organizations in Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. We are currently working with a few companies in Europe as well.
